Behind the history of Delta Automatica is hidden if not the biggest, one of the biggest names in the field of packaging machinery manufacturing in Greece. His name is Dritsas Fotis. His passion for mechanical engineering and construction began long ago and specifically from the distant 1964.
Starting then as a child for his first day at a carpentry shop at the age of 16 in the area of Pefki, Athens he found it closed and right next to it was a machinery shop. Thus was born his passion for tools, machine tools, constructions and smudges, because as he used to say characteristically: ‘’If you do not smudge to get your hands dirty you do nothing’’. Until the age of 45, he distinguished himself in the field of pharmaceutical industry as a mechanical engineer in large companies in the sector such as "Faran", "Gerolymatos" etc.
After these first steps he took the big decision and at the level of the cooperative he created his first company with the name ¨TECNOCOM LTD which from 1993 to 2002 held the first place in the construction companies of packaging machines in Greece.
The succession of this long-term experience and know-how is now held by his son Dritsas Konstantinos and by founding the company Delta Automatica he continues and is constantly evolving all the valuable supplies he inherited.
Chronology
The gradual development of the company has its starting point in 2013, with the creation of the then company DPACK, in the city of Acharne, Athens. The rapid growth rates dictate, in the year 2018, the relocation of the facilities of "DPACK" to a more central point of the wider area, for the complete coverage of the access and the functionality, and its renaming to Delta Automatica Packaging Machine Solutions.
Today
Today, Delta Automatica has, according to the data, one of the strongest corporate profiles in the field of manufacturing packaging machines for medicines, food and cosmetics with a total of 56 completed projects in 8 countries and 20 cities worldwide in just 9 years of operation. And continues to this day to provide personalized innovation solutions, with a dynamic and continuous presence in both the Greek and the global market.
