DRY POWDER MACHINES

This machine is suitable for feeding powders in glass vials.

The production process of the machine is as follows: The vials are fed to the machine through a feed conveyor with a conveyor belt, they are led to the rotating vial handling disk to be filled with powder either single or double dose. We can have single filling per step up to six times in order to increase the speed of the machine. The capping process is double. First, the plastic cap is placed and then the metal cup, which you can write either with a single scratching-stopping head, or with a system of multiple continuous flow writers. The finished vials are extracted with a conveyor belt. All metal parts of the machine are made of Inox 316 and the machine is protected by a safety canopy to protect the operators from the moving parts of the machine.
