FILLING MACHINES

The filling machine is divided into 2 categories: straight and rotary, with single filling or with multi-head. (2-2, 4-4, 10-10)

More specifically, the filling machine manages glass or plastic containers, fills them with material (10ml-20L) with non-return dosing or peristaltic dosing pumps. The capping is then done by automatic or manual placement of the cap on the container and by automatic screwing of the cap on the container. The automatic placement of the cap is performed using vibrating systems (round - straight) and with a mechanism for receiving and placing the cap (Pick n ’Place).

The cap of the filling machine is divided into 3 categories:

• Screw, rotating head with spare ends for each different cap diameter.
• In line screwdriver with straps, adjustable in height and width.
• Multi-head rotary screwdriver.

Filling machines can also be fitted with a single or double label with a wrap around system for cylindrical containers.
